This restaurant serves food which made of chestnut. Highly recommend Chestnut Sundae and Chestnut Rice Set! I'd say they were in a good taste! Overall the restaurant looked elegant in traditional design.

竹風堂松代店、栗の時期に長野に来ると必ず栗おこわを購入します。 今回、小布施本店の竹風堂さんで栗おこわを購入しようと思ったら、大混雑していて駐車場に入ることもできず、寄り付けなかったので 宿泊するホテルの近くの松代店を利用しました。 こちらは3回目の利用です。 本店に比べ、お客さんも少なくて、ゆっくりお買い物ができます。 ホテルでいただくための栗おこわを購入して、 次の日、おみやげで、くりづとや栗ん子を購入しました。 くりづとは栗がゴロゴロ入っている羊羹。 新栗の羊羹と迷いましたが、くりづとが好きなので、今回もをりづとを購入。 栗ん子は初めて購入しましたが、 小さなお饅頭、お饅頭の皮はひよこ饅頭、なごやんみたいな皮に、くりがいっぱい使用されている栗餡と栗の粒が入っていました。 大きさも小粒なので、もう一つ欲しいなぁくらいな感じでちょうど良いです。 栗おこわは店内でも召し上がることができますこちらの栗おこわとっても美味しいです。 くりがゴロゴロ入っています。 今回は持ち帰りでホテルでいただきました。 秋、栗の時期はとても混み合いますが、松代店はゆっくり選ぶことができるので、帰りに急いでいる時はとても助かります。 駐車場も無料でお店の横にあります。 いつも、夕方もしくは、開店直後にこちらを利用しているので、空いていて、お昼は混雑しているかもしれません。 スタッフさんの接客もとても良いです。 お支払いは元気ののほか、QR決済、カード、その他、いろいろ利用できます。写真載せましたので参考にしてください。
